Worx Bounce Email Management – your choice of using it to process one-time, or as
a subscription service. Either way, it's free!
What is the difference?
Free One-Time Service
With the one-time free service, you have to fill in your
login information and select your options every time you use it.
There are only a few limitations: 1) Bulk delete not available; 2) Will not
delete emails identified as legitimate; and, 3) Will not process on Gmail (or other free
email services).
A few notes about the information we collect with the one-time free service:
- Email addresses from your inbox are temporarily stored in a CSV file and emailed
to you on completion of the process – then the CSV file is immediately deleted
(no copies are kept).
- Your IP address and Remote Host information are stored in a database.
- If you are using a relay, anonymous service, or in any way alter tracking of your
IP or Remote Host information, you will not be able to use the free one-time service.

Free Subscription Service
With the free subscription service you have full access to the
Worx Email Bounce Management system. When you subscribe, there is a double-blind
opt-in form to fill in. We store your information double encrypted with a private encryption key
that you provide. Only you know the encryption key, so no access to your email server is possible
unless you provide the key.
The Free Subscription service also allows you to specify up to three email inboxes to process (one
at a time).
The system is fully interactive ... the system will display all of the emails in your inbox. Our
system will identify "hard" bounces, "soft" bounces, "spam" emails, and "legitimate" emails. And up
to 99.4% accuracy.
We also have a paid service that can process your inbox at regular intervals, completely unattended,
and based on the rules that you define. Use the free Subscription service to get comfortable with
the accuracy of our system, then enquire about our Pro service.

Features common to both free services:
- Custom call back function - we create a CSV at each session and email it to you with the
results of the session (then delete the CSV)
- POP and IMAP inbox support
- SSL and TLS support
- Support for DSNs (Delivery Status Notifications), Email Body checking, and SPAM detection
in the subject line (for email inboxes monitored by SpamAssassin and other spam filtering
systems)
- Logging and Deletion of bounced emails and spam emails (delete all emails with Subscription service only)
- Rules defined to handle up to 99.4% of bounced emails and 100% of spam
- Removal of spam identified by spam filters (via the subject line)
Please note: when you subscribe, you will be asked to type in a "key" that will be used for
encrypting your password. We do not store this private "key", you will have to remember it for subsequent
uses of the Worx Bounce Email Management service. If you forget the "key", we will not be able to help you recall
it.
